"Thank you to everyone who has been a part of my life for the last five years. Thank you for all the laughter and tears. Thank you to everyone who has been by my side since I met you."
"00" is a photo book by Nina Robert, a photographer and artist based in London, Brussels and Amsterdam. This work was shot in the cities of Maastricht (Netherlands), Ostend (Belgium), Boulogne (France), Brussels (Belgium), Charleroi (Belgium), Glasgow (United Kingdom), London (United Kingdom), and Liege (Belgium)5. It's a gin of memory for years.
This collection of works, expressed in black and white, contains friends and familiar things in the author's life, and is composed while including elements of violence. Portraits, cities, ruins. Friendship, affection, emotions, and a wide variety of emotions are sometimes cut out like a mirror, and sometimes as if they resonate with each other. The sequences of the works become the author's narratives, journeying between reality and fidelity. Sometimes very real and raw, the background is not always legal. However, they transcend such a concept and appeal to the viewer's sensibility while being delicate and powerful.
Author Nina talks about the photo:
“For me, the medium of photography was so natural that I chose it almost unconsciously. However, it still fascinates me. , and captures the "moment of shared emotion".
